Choose a scene you have already drafted. Spend a few minutes on each question, then make one specific repair. Leave unknowns visible so you can return to them.

Completed example

Scene: Mira leaves the harbour archive at 20:35 and catches the last ferry at 20:40.

Established facts: the earlier timetable scene sets the final crossing at 20:40; the walk takes twenty minutes. Conflict: her earliest arrival is 20:55.

Repair: move her archive departure to 20:10, allowing arrival at 20:30. Check the archive closing-bell dialogue and the prior discovery scene. Keep the ferry timetable intact.

Next check: reread those three scenes in sequence and confirm that Mira does not act on information she learns only later.
