Practical control over your own life without giving another person, institution, tradition, or machine unchallengeable power over it.
The interests connected to lived experience: pain, safety, care, belonging, opportunity, and other conditions that matter to beings capable of experiencing them.
Consent that remains informed, specific, voluntary, and open to revision as circumstances or preferences change.
The practical ability to leave a group, system, relationship, or service with real alternatives, portability where relevant, avenues of appeal, and a life that can continue afterward.
I KNOW means strong evidence. I THINK means reasonable inference. I WONDER marks an open question. I IMAGINE marks possibility, metaphor, fiction, or speculation.
